The Party Project Manila began the way many beautiful things do — informally, with passion, and without a clear roadmap. Ryan Gaspay, a Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate from Tacloban, first discovered his love for transforming spaces when he started decorating his office's Christmas and birthday parties. What began as a hobby quickly revealed itself as a calling.
Meanwhile, Ryan Joseph "RJ" Dacillo, a Mathematics graduate with an eye for logistics and precision, was navigating his own corporate career. The two friends saw in each other what the other lacked — and together, they built something neither could have built alone.
They left the corporate world behind, formalized their partnership, and launched The Party Project Manila — a business built on craftsmanship, heart, and an unshakeable faith that their work is an act of offering. They started with a team of three. Today, they lead a family of 17, including out-of-school youth in Metro Manila who hand-craft the props that transform ordinary rooms into extraordinary experiences.

He leads the creative vision of the company, from concept to final installation.
